The first ethic jewel to fund the scientific reasearch against aids.
The well known producer of fine jewellery Jarretiere, has created TAT, the silver ethic jewel to fund the research against AIDS.
The protein, studied to find a vaccine by the researcher Barbara Ensoli and her team of the national centre for HIV/AIDS at the
Italian Superior Institute of Health, inspired both the shape of the jewel and its name. This vaccine is now in its II phase (out of 3)
of experimentation on people and it is getting excellent results.
T.A.T. is also the name of the whole project, acronym for “To Aid Together”. The purpose is to donate, for each jewel sold at the
price of 36 euros, 5 euros to fund the research against Aids and 3 euros for other social projects of associations, schools,
privates etc which like to collaborate with us in selling the TAT jewel.
